In this hands-on workshop, kids will have the opportunity to create their own living play garden filled with edible plants and natural materials along with bunnies, chicks, fairies, dinosaurs and other miniature creatures. Children will take home their own creations to continue the magic and fun interactive play at home.

Age: 3-12 years

Our teacher: 

Madison Roland-Evans is Pocket City Farms' Community & Education Coordinator. She puts together our Schools and Little Farmers Vacation Care Programs as well as gathering the community to learn about down to earth skills and fair food systems. She has a background in permaculture and food growing and loves getting crafty with kids and teens and learning about care for the earth in fun and practical ways.

Please note, this is not a drop off activity, we encourage parents and carers to get involved! Parents and carers are not to leave the site while their child is partaking in the activity.
