Our farm is largely wheelchair accessible, with wide pathways around the market gardens, access ramps, and accessible toilets. Please note some market garden pathways are too narrow for wheelchairs, and gravel areas may be slippery or muddy after rain. We recommend wheelchair users visit with a support person. Please let us know if anyone in your group has accessibility needs so we can adapt the excursion to suit.
-
Excursions proceed rain or shine. We plan for undercover spaces and back up activities in the event of wet or very hot weather. If extreme weather conditions prevent us from proceeding safely, we will contact you to discuss alternative dates or cancellation.
Booking confirmation and invoice is payable 4 weeks before the booking date. You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 4 weeks before the booking date. Cancellation 2 to 4 weeks before the booking date will be charged at the minimum fee ($600 +GST). Cancellation within 2 weeks of the event is non-refundable.
