This herbal tea is made 100% from plants grown with love at our urban farm in Camperdown.
It mixes four lemon-scented herbs (lemongrass, lemon myrtle, lemon verbena and lemon balm) with passionfruit marigold (Tagetes lemmonii) for a light, refreshing brew. Steep in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Serve hot or try it iced with some honey and lemon juice!
All Pocket City Farms produce is grown using ecological methods, without the use of synthetic sprays or fertilisers, in well-tested soil.
